¶ 3.Remove the limit acrylic and the flat head screw
¶ 3.1.Use the M5 hex wrench to loosen the two limit acrylics on the left and right sides of the frame counter clock wise
¶ 3.2.unscrew the two belt fixing screws on the left and right sides to facilitate the subsequent installation of the slider into the Y axis on both sides
¶ 4.1.Unscrew the two belt top screws on the left and right sides above the Y-axis, take out the two Y-axis frame belts
¶ 4.2.Using the Phillips screwdriver in the tool box to remove the X-axis limit acrylic block on both sides and the XY-axis frame fixing screws counterclockwise to remove the X-axis lower frame
¶ 4.3.Take out the M4 hexagonal wrench, loosen and remove the top screws from the fixed strip at the Y-axis connection of the expansion frame (one on each connection), and then take out a fixed strip and install it under the connection of the two profiles (a total of 6 places on the left and right Y-axis)
¶ 5.1. Reinstall the disassembled upper X-axis and fix it to the Y-axis
¶ 5.2.Take out the spare belt, align the two sides of the belt, use scissors to split it into two belts of the same length, and then install the belt with the toothed part facing down.
¶ 5.3.Using the M3 hexagonal wrench to install the top screw on the belt
¶ 5.4.Press one top screw on each side of the upper edge of the Y-axis, leaving one side for later installation of the slider
¶ 5.5.Take out the M3 hex wrench and turn the machine over. You can see the flat head screws below. The left shell will unscrew one screw from the inner
¶ 5.6.The right shell will unscrew one screw from the inner row, which is convenient for the subsequent installation of the slider
¶ 5.7.Take out the right slider and pre-install the hand screws into the upper groove of the slider in advance(The right side in the same way)
¶ 5.8.Making sure the roller and steering wheel on the slider are kept parallel
¶ 5.10.Insert the right Y axis belt into the slider roller and steering wheel
¶ 5.11.Pre-install the top screw on the belt after installation,use duckbill pliers to tighten the belt, and then use M3 hexagonal wrench to tighten the fixed belt top screw,and use scissors to cut off the excess belt
¶ 6.1.Square the machine and the frame to the left, and then push the machine into the Y axis frame 1/3,reinstall the previously removed X axis frame, fix the frame with a cross screwdriver, and then use M5 hexagonal wrench to install the acrylic limit block back to the frame
