¶ 1.Safety Guidelines:
Before starting to use Tyvok Spider Laser, the correct startup sequence should be strictly followed. Before starting cutting, check the machine for dust and debris, do not leave the machine unattended during operation, and keep the machine clean after cutting. Also disconnect power before any maintenance tasks need to be performed.
Ensure adequate ventilation when operating the machine. When processing materials with lasers, a variety of harmful air pollutants are produced. We must have good air circulation while cutting to ensure these contaminants are not inhaled. Please ensure that all exhaust fumes are properly disposed of or vented outside for safe dissipation.
Laser beams can be dangerous because the energy from the laser can damage eyes and skin. This can cause damage to eyes and skin. - Less frequently used, running no more than 2 hours per day. You need to apply grease to it at least once every 2 months.
- If the sliding rod is dirty or impurities are found. Clean the surface of the optical shaft and then apply grease to it.
Precautions for maintenance:
- Before maintenance, clean away the dirt and impurities from the surface of the optical shaft.
- During maintenance, ensure that the grease is evenly applied, wipe off excess grease, and ensure that the optical shaft is clean and free of impurities.
- After maintenance, manually push and pull the X-axis and Y-axis profiles to ensure smooth operation without jams.
In order to avoid contamination of the protective shield or when the laser cannot cut the material as before, the laser protective lens needs to be cleaned regularly.
