¶ How to solve the problem of loose x-axis synchronous pulley
¶ Question：
I have one note please, I can see for a long job it start shifting the x axis a little, I already tunned the potentiometer 45 degrees as you advised should I turn it a little more?
¶ Suggestion：
- First locate the laser head position.
- Find the two top screws on the synchronization wheel next to the laser head.
- Use the 2mm wrench in the tool box to tighten screws 1 and 2 clockwise, and re-lock the two top screws on the synchronization wheel.
- Test the pattern. After engraving, measure the distance between pattern 1 and 2 to be within 20mm±1-0.3mm. It is normal. Then measure the distance between pattern 1 and 3 to be within 20mm±0.1-0.3mm. It is normal.
