Here is the solution:
1. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws labeled 1-2-3-4 on the left end cover.
2. Take off the left end cover.
3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws labeled 1-2 on the inside of the left end cover.
4. Slide the upper left end cover to the left and remove it.
5. Locate the stepper motor synchronouspulley, screw 1, and tighten it using an Allen wrench.
6. Locate the stepper motor synchronous pulley and tighten screw 2 with an Allen wrench.
7. Power on for testing, ensure there are no abnormalities, and then reattach the end cover.
